| | Except my hair. I did get that cut. Oh, and it's apparently "spring" here. We've jumped from 50s to 80s in about a day. This has completely thrown off my pansies that are growing in a pot on my balcony. I was worried for their health earlier today. But they seem to be ok now. Also attempting to grow some other flowers I picked up at the store. Came as a growing kit, so I'm skeptical of success. But it was only $5 and if they actually grow, we could use some prettiness.
Why? Because now my neighbors are building a second building on their lot. Means I get some pretty views of bulldozers and other equipment. Friday they poured cement in the foundation. That was exciting.
In other news, I'm taking a break from reading and checking out more comics. See below my most recent edition to the reading list. I did reread the two volumes of Angel: After the Fall before reading volume three for the first time--it had been a while and it certainly helped. But I won't count that in my reading list.
Books of 2009
Big Fish by Daniel Wallace Something Wicked This Way Comes by Ray Bradbury Nine Horses by Billy Collins Death's Daughter by Amber Benson Angel: After the Fall, Volume 3 (collection of comics)
It's nice to sit out on the balcony and read the comics, though. Despite the construction.
Oh, and saw 17 Again. Yes, go ahead and make fun, but I actually enjoyed it. It was much funnier than I thought it'd be. Plus, it even has some hot cars. But yeah, I quite enjoyed it. I'd even recommend it to others.
Finally, a picture. Took this while waiting for the train after my haircut in Coolidge Corner. Thought I'd share. Enjoy.
